Using Mobile Technologies in Classrooms and other Amazing Places.
In this publication, teachers from Independent Schools in Western Australia share their stories about learning to leverage the best features of mobile technologies in interesting and varied ways to support student engagement and learning.
The stories come from P-12 classrooms across the state and include a diverse range of examples of hand-held devices being used for rich, multifaceted tasks and/or in active, flexible learning environments. Process diagrams, curriculum links, teacher reflections and AISWA support resources have been included. The introduction highlights advantages, options and implications for using mobile technologies in educational settings
